M0TH

Welcome to My Blog

I'm M0TH, a self-taught programmer and artist from Mexico.

My main interests are geometry and computers basically, that includes fields like computational geometry, geometry processing, procedural generation, CAD, and many other subfields in computer graphics. At some point, the line becomes blurry and confusing, which is why I say "geometric computing." I also like other areas of computer graphics like NPR and real-time rendering, but I tend to care more about geometry generation and very little about my renders, hehe.

I started doing digital sculpting, 3D modeling, and animation when I was younger, but those are terrible professions to pick right now if you ask me, due to poor leadership, terrible working conditions, and the cherry on top: AI slop. That's why I chose another terrible profession, software development.

My main contributions have been in the fields of implicit geometry, procedural generation, and accidentally in the soft robotics field.

I made this blog to organize my ideas and share them with the world. I'm pretty sure very few people will read this, probably just my friends, family, and colleagues so this is for them and for me to deal with loneliness.

But in case someone else finds me and has questions, here's my email. You can also visit my GitHub and sponsor me in case you find any of my projects useful or interesting.
